A 3–5 Day Personalized Ayurvedic Therapy Program to Restore Warmth, Calm, and Balance
Winter is a time when the body naturally slows down and conserves energy. In Ayurveda, the cold and dry qualities of winter can aggravate Vata, while the cold and damp qualities of the season gradually lead to the accumulation of Kapha in the body.
Vata imbalance that begins in fall often remains elevated during winter, and the colder weather may also contribute to feelings of stiffness, dryness, fatigue, or mental stress.
The Winter Restore and Reset Program is designed to nourish, warm, and stabilize the body during the colder months through personalized Ayurvedic therapies and seasonal guidance.
This program combines gentle cleansing support with deeply restorative treatments that help calm the nervous system, support digestion, and restore balance to both body and mind.
What to Expect During the Program
Your program begins with a personalized Ayurvedic consultation scheduled 3-7 days before the start of therapies. During this session we do detailed evaluation of your constitution, digestion, and current imbalances and provide simple personalized preparation guidelines including dietary and lifestyle pracices, herbal teas to help you receive the greatest benefit from the program.
On therapy days, each day you will receive approximately 1.5 hours of therapeutic Ayurvedic treatments. Your therapies are thoughtfully selected and customized based on your initial assessment and the seasonal needs of the body. This individualized combination of traditional Ayurvedic treatments helps promote deep relaxation, improve circulation, support natural detoxification, and restore doshic balance.
Many clients describe the experience as deeply relaxing, restorative, and grounding for both body and mind.
On your final therapy day, you will receive a 30-minute follow-up consultation with personalized recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and self-care practices to help you maintain the benefits of the program and continue supporting balance and well-being at home.
